Oh whats in a word

Words are amazing because they are really just a bunch of tiny squiggle that mean nothing. But humans gave shape and meaning and understanding to them. Read a word, any word. Banana. Chimpanzee. Frying pan. You know these words. You don't even have to sound them out and ponder the meaning. You simply KNOW them. You have memorized thousands of thousands of words that would otherwise just be insignificant little lines. You give meaning to these words.
